Not seeing the Friday videos? Nine times out of ten the email is hiding in a spam or promotions filter. Pick your email provider below and follow the steps.

Gmail
  1. Search your mail for "Friday Financial Wrapup" — check the Promotions and Spam tabs.
  2. If it landed in Promotions, drag one email to the Primary tab; Gmail asks "do this for future messages?" — choose Yes.
  3. If it landed in Spam, open it and select "Report not spam."
  4. Add our sending address to your Google Contacts so future emails skip the filters.
AOL
  1. Check the Spam folder for the missing email.
  2. If it is there, open it and choose "Not Spam" — it moves back to your inbox.
  3. Add our sending address to your AOL Contacts; AOL always delivers mail from saved contacts.
Comcast / Xfinity
  1. Look in the Spam folder in Xfinity Email.
  2. Open the email and select "Not Spam" (the shield icon).
  3. In Settings → Advanced Settings, make sure "Save a copy of emails marked as spam" is on so nothing is deleted silently.
  4. Add our sending address to your Address Book.
iCloud Mail
  1. Check the Junk folder in Mail or at iCloud.com.
  2. If the email is there, select it and choose "Move to Inbox" or "Not Junk."
  3. Add our sending address to your Contacts — iCloud treats contacts as trusted senders.
Outlook / Hotmail
  1. Check the Junk Email folder.
  2. Right-click the email → "Mark as not junk."
  3. Go to Settings → Mail → Junk email → Safe senders, and add our sending address.
